Debbie deserves all the accolades she gets cause I reckon she’s a bloody legend!!! She was very helpful through the process of choosing a pool, giving guidance with the pro’s and con’s of any extras and upgrades…Deb is a lovely jovial person that you just can’t help but love and want to sit by the pool and have a drink with when it’s all done and dusted. I believe Deb is a massive asset to your company and if I was to ever get another pool I wouldn’t go anywhere else but back to Deb!

We recently had a pool installed. Debbie was instrumental in choosing the correct pool for our family’s needs. She was readily available and super approachable throughout all the steps from planning to installation and hand over.  She made what we thought would be a stressful process a pleasure and we don’t know if we could have done it without her!

Debbie was wonderful to deal with, professional and friendly at all times and always going above and beyond. Following up my on going questions and responding very promptly, keeping me in the loop with time frames and materials etc. couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with during the process of purchasing and installing our pool.

Right from the start of our pool project Debbie has been extremely helpful and informative. Debbie went above and beyond while navigating us through the in and outs of pool ownership. On two occasions Debbie stayed back after her normal finish time to allow for us to come by after hours to finalise our pool contract. On our many visits Debbie was always on hand and happy to help with all of our questions. If there was anything that Debbie couldn’t answer right away, she would always go the extra mile to find out the info and pass it on. We could not fault our dealings with Debbie for the duration of our pool project. Thank you.

We dealt with Debbie when first looking at building a pool. From the outset she was helpful knowledgeable and provided some great advice. Even when there we some issues that arose, nothing of Debbie’s making, she provided a timely response to all our questions and making sure that our concerns were addressed appropriately and we were kept informed at all times. Buying and having a pool built is a time of great stress for anyone but Debbie made the whole process go as smooth as it could and both Michelle and I are grateful for her fantastic work ethic during the process.

We are currently having a pool and spa installed and have been dealing with Denise since day one. She has been very accommodating. I’m a perfectionist and like things done a certain way, and Denise was excellent at understanding everything I visualized. If I had any concerns, she was always quick to respond. This project has been overwhelming, but Denise has been tremendous in calming me down, explaining the process, and addressing any hurdles. I highly recommend Denise for anyone considering a pool—she is kind, knowledgeable, and punctual. Thank you so much, Denise!
